South central Idaho - home of sagebrush and miles of lava rock. It's an interesting terrain, good mainly as a reminder that things can always get worse. Come visit, stay awhile if you like. There's a good crop of sagebrush, and the wind always blows, proving not all the hot air comes from Washington.

Writings - short stories, letters to the editor, essays, mini editorials - it's all here. Enjoy, or not. It's kinda like the sagebrush - somebody's bound to find a use for it.

Snake River Reflections

Photos of the northwest - might provide a few moments of interest. The digital camera beats the old box lens of the big K corral. You'll find other photos in here too - kinda drifted in here to get out of the heat.

Links of interesting web sites, computer software, and other ramblings of the old west will make their way here. Come, sit awhile, and share stories of the old west. When you leave, take a few tumbleweeds with you. Maybe someone will come up with a good use for the stuff?
